Care:
- Light: Bright light to full sun; 4–6+ hours direct sun ideal for compact growth. Indoors place near a south- or west-facing window.

- Soil: Fast-draining cactus/succulent mix (add pumice or coarse sand).
- Temperature: Prefers 65–85°F (18–29°C); protect from frost (avoid below ~40°F/4–5°C).
- Humidity: Low to moderate humidity; normal indoor levels are fine.
- Fertilizer: Feed lightly in growing season (spring–summer) with a balanced, diluted cactus fertilizer every 4–6 weeks.
- Propagation: Stem cuttings (allow callus) or seed. Wear gloves; sap is irritating.
- Pests/diseases: Watch for mealybugs, scale, root rot from overwatering.
- Safety: Contains milky, toxic sap that can irritate skin and eyes and is poisonous if ingested—handle with gloves and keep away from pets/children.
